Course Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course;
Course Content	Within the scope of this course; the definition, elements and legal nature of the concept of personal data, the relationship of personal data protection law with other branches of law, the processing of personal data and the cases where processing is lawful and unlawful, the legal consequences of unlawful processing of personal data and the legal remedies that can be applied in these cases are examined within the framework of current decisions.
