| Course Objectives | In the Criminal Procedure Law course, it is aimed to reveal the basic features of the criminal procedure science and its purpose, the authorities participating in the proceedings and their duties, the conditions of the execution of the proceedings, the jurisdiction, the evidence and the protection measures, the course of the proceedings and the legal remedies, within the scope of the Criminal Procedure Law. |
