Course Objectives The objective of this course is to demonstrate and give conceptual and institutional information about general concept of company law in Turkish Law. Particularly teaching the principles and also the rules of establishment and process of unincorporated company and commercial partnerships with case studies in order to solve problems are important objectives for this course.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Apply the main principles and concepts of unincorporated company and commercial partnerships in practice
  • Solve problems that they faced in the field of company law.
  • Synthesize their knowledge on company law with other disciplines of private law and make evaluation about cases that they encounter .
Course Content Concept of ?Company? in general and characteristics of company, main features of unincorporated company and its details, features of commecial partnerships and their functional process, detailed examination of corporation and limited liability company, reconstruction of companies, Konzern law.
