| Course Objectives | The objective of this course is to demonstrate and give conceptual and institutional information about general concept of company law in Turkish Law. Particularly teaching the principles and also the rules of establishment and process of unincorporated company and commercial partnerships with case studies in order to solve problems are important objectives for this course. |
