| Course Objectives | In this course, students learn how should be a legal correspondence in a comprehensive manner; especially lawsuit petition, bill of answer etc.. On the other hand, request to issue enforcement proceedings and some precepts are examine in this course. |

| Course Content | Basic concepts of "Legal Writing", the petition examples which are used by parties in various judicial proceedings, executive petitions, some basic texts written by judicial authorities, espaecially court decisions, publication. |
