Course Objectives | This course introduces techniques that allow them to start, develop, complete, and implement projects more efficiently and effectively the students. Students will be able to present a systematic approach to planning, performance, and control of projects. Students will recognize the importance of leadership style and inter-team cooperation for the successful project management. Students will be able to differentiate among the plans to develop methods for converting ideas into a product or service. Students will interpret the importance and the requirements of team work for managing projects successfully. |
