With the Employee Satisfaction Survey, we aim to determine the strengths and weaknesses of our University, and to create a better working environment, in line with the feedback from our employees. 

It is our aim to increase employee loyalty and satisfaction through short-term and long-term plans, as per survey results.

Our Survey System is in place as a Human Resources Directorate project on a digital platform prepared in collaboration with the Directorate of Information and Communication.

Our academic and administrative personnel may log into www.atacs.atilim.edu.tr with their institutional e-mail account name and password to answer our surveys on various subjects, published periodically and as required.
