About the Laboratory
About Us
The establishment of Atılım University Social Sciences Research and Education Laboratory (SAEL) began on August 31, 2010, after the project titled “Social Sciences Research and Education Laboratory” (coded ATÜ-ALP1011-04) by Asst. Prof. Nil Demet Güngör was accepted by the Atılım ARGEDA Office. With the project executed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa İsmihan, Asst. Prof. Dr. S. Mümin Cilasun, and Dr. Elif Kalaycı, the infrastructure for SAEL was finalized in 2013.
Purposes
- To operate as an education and research laboratory, one that is consulted regarding social science methods;
- To provide educational support to academics, students, and people wishing to conduct research in the field of social sciences in the private sector, and the public institutions in Türkiye;
- To encourage interdisciplinary research in social sciences;
- To provide the research infrastructure to our university researchers for their studies;
- To provide the infrastructure support that our graduate and doctorate degree program students will require while preparing their theses;
