Regarding the Mandatory Internship Process

Dear International Students,
Students who will undertake a mandatory internship or a compulsory professional practice course at companies outside of our university (including those with an international scope) are required to submit an "e-Exemption" (e-Muafiyet başvurusu) application to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. As this process takes approximately 30–40 days, it is mandatory to complete the application before the internship begins.
When using the updated application system, students must ensure that the information regarding our university is entered completely and accurately, as shown in the attached image.
