Fall 2026 Hangar Access Card Renewal and Return upon Graduation or Withdrawal

Students holding a hangar access card for the Fall 2026 semester are required to complete the card renewal process.
Please complete the FORM0 document electronically, name the file FORM0_name_surname.docx, and email it to sarper.arslan@atilim.edu.tr.
International students must also attach a document showing their residence permit status to the same email.
Submission deadline: 1 December 2026
Students who are graduating or leaving the university must return their hangar access cards before completing their graduation or withdrawal procedures.
