Research Assistant Tuğçe Nur Balcı participated in the 14th EFAD Congress held on 12-14 October 2023. Balcı made a presentation titled “Food Service and Pandemics” at the congress and contributed to the accumulation of knowledge in the field with her scientific studies. This presentation is based on his research on mass feeding systems and he continues to work on the subject.
