MedDietMenus4Campus Workshop

Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğçe Nur Balcı, researcher of the Prima Project, MedDietMenus4Campus Workshop was held with the participation of partners from Croatia, Portugal and Turkey. -The project is investigating the suitability of university menus in these countries to the Mediterranean diet and possible interventions.-
At the workshop, the findings so far were shared, and an international network was established.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğçe Nur Balcı gave a presentation titled 'Project Outcomes II - Water and Carbon Footprint of the Menus'.
