Within the scope of the NUT204 Food Microbiology and Safety and NUT206 Food Control and Legislation courses, a technical visit to the National Food Reference Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry was organized by the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
During the visit, our students had the opportunity to gain on-site information about the analytical methods used to ensure food safety, laboratory infrastructure, quality control processes, and relevant legislation practices.
