  • To be able to evaluate the importance of supply chain management for businesses and its impact on competitive advantage.
  • Ability to analyze the fundamental principles, benefits, and application areas of supply chain management.
  • Ability to interpret the flow of information and goods in the supply chain and the bullwhip effect through Beer Game simulation.
  • Ability to analyze the development, strategic framework, and collaboration mechanisms of the supply chain.
  • Ability to evaluate the role of supply chain processes within the global structure.
  • Ability to analyze supply chain competitive strategies.
  • Ability to assess the key problems, disruptions, and risks that arise in supply chain integration.

Course Content The basic SCM concepts; purchasing, manufacturing flow management, production, marketing, sales, distribution, customer relationship and service management, demand management, order fulfilment, supplier relationship management, IT, product development and commercialization, returns management.
