Course Objectives The course purposes consideration and examination of mediation, which is one of the alternative solution ways in discrepancies and especially obligatory in labor disputes.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Use information about mediationandit’s purpose.
  • Use basic principles about mediation.
  • Solve disputes about rights and obligations of mediators.
  • Explain rules about mediation.
  • Explain establishment and missions of Head of Mediation Department.
Course Content Alternative solutionways which are out of trial; ways parties can use to solve disputes with the help of mediation; Mediation as an effective alternative solution way in disputes.
