2025-2026 Academic Year Summer School Diploma Submission Announcement

Dear Student,

The diplomas of students who graduated at the end of the 2025–2026 Academic Year Summer School will be available as follows:

Students whose administrative approvals* have been completed will be able to collect their diplomas from the Directorate of Student Affairs as of September 28, 2026, during working hours.

Students whose graduation procedures (administrative approvals) have been completed will be able to obtain their graduation certificates via e-Government as of August 28, 2026, through the following link: e-Government – Higher Education Graduation Certificate Inquiry

*** Students are required to check the status of their graduation administrative approvals via ATACS by clicking “Graduation Approval Status” under the “My Course Registration & Graduation Procedures” menu. Students whose administrative approvals have not yet been completed should contact the relevant units to obtain information regarding the status of their approval and, if applicable, complete any outstanding payments or return any materials in their possession (books, devices, sports equipment, etc.) as soon as possible.

**** The diplomas of graduates of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Vocational School of Health Services will begin to be distributed following approval by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health.
