About the Laboratory
The Semiconductive Materials Research Laboratory under the Atılım University Physics Group was established to investigate the structural, optical and electrical properties of various single crystal, thin film and nano materials with binary, ternary and quaternary structures, and to reveal their potential in technological applications. Among our primary goals are to conduct research projects, and create international publications.
