The Department of Textile and Fashion Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Atılım University, successfully held its graduation fashion show under the theme "Z Land: A Place of My Own" as part of the 2025–2026 Graduation Project Exhibition.

The launch event of the collaborative project between the Department of Textile and Fashion Design at Atılım University and Kıvanç Textile Design Center was held on 24 June 2026 at the Adana Industry Museum.

Students of the Department of Textile and Fashion Design developed a print design collection under the theme “A City Narrative: Ankara.”

Our department’s students presented their designs to fashion professionals and visitors during the mixed fashion show held as part of the COF Ankara Capital of Fashion event in Ankara.

Within the scope of the Costume Design course conducted under the Department of Textile and Fashion Design, students researched different historical periods and examined the costume, silhouette, and style characteristics specific to these periods.

Atılım Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar, Tasarım ve Mimarlık Fakültesi Tekstil ve Moda Tasarımı Bölümü bünyesinde yürütülen MTT 393 Tasarım Kültürü dersi kapsamında öğrenciler, tasarımın kültürel, toplumsal ve ekonomik boyutlarını ele alan kısa filmler üretmiştir.

Within the scope of the MTT 401 Project Course, students presented their textile pattern and garment projects, developed under the theme “A City Story: Ankara,” at the midterm jury.

Within the scope of the MTT301 Fashion Design II Course, students presented their 2026–2027 Fall/Winter ready-to-wear collections and production, developed based on defined style types and inspiration from selected brands, at the midterm jury.

One of our department graduates, Özge Çelikel, brought us the excitement of the finals at this important event with her collection titled “Retrospective.”

The Department’s Student Advisory Board meeting was held with the participation of academic staff and student representatives.

Our Atılım University Textile and Fashion Design Department students [names here] participated in the MESİAD (Merter Fashion) Competition, which was held for the 7th time this year and stands out as one of the prestigious events of the fashion world, with their projects.

Our students made us proud in the 2024–2025 fashion competitions, showcasing their talent and the strength of our university. We congratulate them and look forward to seeing their achievements continue to grow.

We have a finalist in the ATHİP Woven Fabric Design Competition.

We had enjoyable moments at our Alumni Meeting, which we held for our graduates to meet and support each other professionally. We were proud to see the development of our graduates and their progress in the sector.

We are pleased to announce a new Erasmus+ agreement with Accademia del Lusso, one of Italy's leading institutions in fashion and design education, located in the heart of Milan.
