Because English is the language of science in addition to its popularity for communication in the globalizing world, our university has decided for its medium language to be English. Our aim is to make our students productive, active and successful individuals in social, academic and business life by teaching to an advanced level of academic English. The goal here is to create a group of qualified students that can compete with their equivalents and observe the scientific developments abroad as well as in our country.

Considering all these, Preparatory School was started in 1997 in a building where the members and students of Atılım University were together.
