Course Objectives This course aims to improve the professional writing skills of students.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To be knowledgeable about writing a justification for a court order,
  • ABle to transfer the case
  • Able to pay attention to detail that is not the reason for procedural reversion
  • Able to use the terminology of law
  • Able to write non-sexist or non-prejudiced decisions
Course Content Writing the final court decision in a fictional case or an actual moot case whose details are accessible.
