Course Objectives This course aims to facilitate the understanding and comprehension of the importance of labor law, examine regulations related to labor law, and provide theoretical and practical knowledge for resolving individual labor disputes that arise in practice.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • explain and provide examples of employment contracts and their elements; describe and illustrate the obligations arising from employment contracts; explain the termination of employment contracts and its consequences, and resolve related disputes; apply the fundamental principles of work regulation in dispute resolution; distinguish and explain the main doctrinal differences, and acquire knowledge of established jurisprudence to use in resolving disputes.
Course Content The concept of labor law,the characteristics of labor law,the sources of labor law,international labor law,organs related to labor law,labor law sanctions, the concept of employee,employer,workplace and the scope of labor law,the concept and types of employment contract,the formation,transfer,and invalidity of employment contracts, the obligations of the employee and the employer's obligation to pay wages the employer's obligations to protect the worker's personality,equal treatment and other
