Course Objectives it is aimed to handle cases related to exercise applications in women's health, to improve clinical decision-making ability, and to follow the relevant current literature in addition to advanced theoretical knowledge about this subject.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Evaluates the physiological changes and exercise requirements specific to different stages of women's life, including young adulthood, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and menopause.
  • Plans and implements individualized exercise programs.
  • Selects appropriate exercise approaches for pelvic floor dysfunction, pain conditions, and gynecological surgery and oncology.
  • Analyzes current evidence-based literature on exercise in women's health.
  • Justifies and applies clinical decision-making in the management of women's health cases.
Course Content Theoretical and practical information about exercise applications for women's health, as well as current approaches and literature studies on this subject.
