Course Objectives To provide knowledge and skills regarding emergency care in trauma cases and environmental emergencies.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course; - Will be able to apply General Approach to Trauma Cases, bleeding and emergency care for injuries - Will be able to apply emergency care for chest, abdominal and orthopedic traumas - Will be able to apply emergency care for burns - Will be able to apply emergency care in environmental situations - Will be able to apply emergency care for head traumas - Will be able to apply emergency care for extremity injuries - Will be able to apply full immobilization techniques for multiple injuries
Course Content Applying a general approach to trauma cases, emergency care in extremity trauma, emergency care in soft tissue injuries, care in environmental emergencies, and emergency care in head, neck and spinal cord injuries.
