Course Objectives Main objective of this course is to provide the students the knowledge of ‘strategic human resource management’, ‘certain ethical, legal and social considerations’, ‘staffing’, ‘human resource development’, ‘compensation and benefits’, ‘safety and health’, ‘employee and labor relations.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Understanding the importance and purpose of human resource management
  • Being able to apply the basic principles of human resource management
  • Being able to adapt the systems and techniques of human resource management according to the conditions
Course Content Strategic human resource management, certain ethical, legal and social considerations, staffing, human resource development, compensation and benefits, safety and health, employee and labor relations.
