Course Objectives Legal and criminal responsibilities of healthcare personnel are learnt in detail. Sample cases are examined and students hold an opinion about applications. Health rights are examined from the viewpoint of social segments (officials, workers, crafsmen, the old, etc.) and failing and lacking points of legal structure are elicited in detail.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To comprehend basic structure of Turkish law system
  • To idenify the responsibilities of state and healthcare professionals on the base of concepts of right to life, right to health attainment and patient rights
  • To define the legal, criminal and administrative obligations and resposbilities of doctors and the other healthcare personnels.
