Through the Student Information System (UNACS), under Documents > My Digital Documents, students may submit requests for the documents listed below and download them with a verification code and digital signature:

  • Student Certificate

  • Medium of Instruction Certificate

  • Disciplinary Status Certificate

  • Certificate of No Objection to Horizontal Transfer (Turkish and English)

Students who request a Certificate stating that they have not transferred under Provisional Article 1 (Ek Madde-1) must first submit their request via belgetalep@atilim.edu.tr. Following the necessary checks to be carried out by the Directorate of Student Affairs, and if the request is approved, the relevant document will be available for download via the My Document Requests module with a verification code and digital signature.
Such requests are processed within a maximum of three (3) business days; therefore, students are kindly advised to submit their applications by taking this period into consideration.

In addition, the following documents can be obtained via the e-Government Gateway at
https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yuksekogretim-kurulu-baskanligi :

  • Student Certificate

  • Transcript

  • Graduation Certificate

For wet-signed document requests not listed above, students must apply to the Directorate of Student Affairs. Wet-signed document requests are processed in order of application and finalized within a maximum of three (3) business days, depending on workload. Students are kindly advised to submit their requests accordingly.
