Course Objectives Purpose of the course is to introduce quantitative approaches to managerial decision making and apply them.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To solve problems of strategic decision making
  • To utilize quantitative methods in decisions relating to business activities
  • İsabetli çıkarımlara ulaşmak için probleme uygulanabilen çeşitli modellerin sonuçlarını karşılaştırmak ve yorumlamak
Course Content Operational research, structure and solution of decision problems, linear programming, mathematical structure of linear programming, solution techniques of linear programming, graphical method, Simplex method, transportation problems, mathematical structure of transportation problems, solution of transportation problems, MODI test.
