Course Objectives This course aims to provide students with a practical and effective set of skills, techniques and methods for identifying, mapping, measuring, objectively analyzing and improving business processes and practices within enterprise and across enterprise boundaries with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will be able to develop process maps that clearly depict how your business really works.
  • Students will acquire analysis techniques which quickly identify process gaps.
  • Students will differentiate process refinement, redesign and reengineering.
  • Students will be able to plan, conduct and implement process change.
Course Content Identifying, mapping, measuring, objectively analyzing and improving business processes and practices within enterprise and across enterprise boundaries with customers, suppliers and business partners; best practices, supporting techniques and practical knowledge gleaned from the experience of numerous real-world projects.
