Course Objectives	The types of public budget and the budget developed in accordance with the budget classification system and the public to examine the decision-making process. Explaining the budget process and Budget Control of government expenditure and revenues of the occurrence of the stages and then to explain the process and closure.
Course Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course; Public budget and the types of public budget are understood. Developed budget classification systems are understood in accordance with the public decision-making process. The budget process, the stages of expenditure and revenue, the budget control and closing processes are understood.
Course Content	Definition and nature of budget; evolution of budget; development of budget and budgeting systems; functions of budget; budgeting principles: classical and modern budgeting principles; deviations from budget principles; budget concepts and theory of industrial budgets; budgeting process: preparation, approval and implementation of budget, budget and treasury transactions, budget appropriation
