Course Objectives The types of public budget and the budget developed in accordance with the budget classification system and the public to examine the decision-making process. Explaining the budget process and Budget Control of government expenditure and revenues of the occurrence of the stages and then to explain the process and closure.

  • Developed budget classification systems are understood in accordance with the public decision-making process.
  • The budget process, the stages of expenditure and revenue, the budget control and closing processes are understood.
Course Content Definition and nature of budget; evolution of budget; development of budget and budgeting systems; functions of budget; budgeting principles: classical and modern budgeting principles; deviations from budget principles; budget concepts and theory of industrial budgets; budgeting process: preparation, approval and implementation of budget, budget and treasury transactions, budget appropriation
