Course Objectives The aim of this course is to strengthen the existing practice skills of student nurses, ensure that they have greater autonomy in individualized patient care and to gain experience in basic health services.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Provides quality and safe care in the direction of ethical principles and in a holistic approach, using critical thinking and leadership skills, respecting the uniqueness and reputation of the individual and the community without any difference.
  • Maintains a therapeutic relationship with the patient / family of patients and the individual who constitutes the community.
  • Sets priorities and organizes time management by organizing, while providing nursing care in cooperation with the other members of the team.
  • Uses with integrate knowledge obtained from theoretical and evidence-based research into nursing practice.
Course Content Internal medicine nursing practices, surgical nursing practices, obstetric and gynecological nursing practices, child health and disease nursing practices.
