Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
Course Content Definition of cancer, prevention of cancer, epidemiology of cancer in the world and in Turkey, etiological risk factors, carcinogenesis process, classification of cancer, preventive health services in cancer, diagnosis and treatment methods, symptom control, oncologic emergencies, terminal patient care and palliative care, roles and responsibilities of oncology nurse and legal and ethical issues.
