Course Objectives The topics will be discussed within the framework of historical and current applications of leadership theories . Personal and organizational dimension of leadership, priorities, impacts of leadership on strategic decision making processes are covered.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the concepts of leader and leadership.
  • Understand the differences between the manager and the leader
  • Define the relationship between leader and power
  • Identify and describe a variety of theories of leadership
  • Synthesize their learning through a project.
Course Content Historical and current applications of leadership theories, personal and organizational dimension of leadership, priorities, impacts of leadership on strategic decision making processes.
