| Course Content | The classification of human rights, global public law and the idea of human rights, the sources of human rights law, UN Charter and UN human rights treaties and the comitees, European-American and African human rights regimes, human rights protection mechanisms in Turkish Law, the right to individual application to ECHR and Turkish Constitutional Court, social movements and human rights, globalization and corporate responsibility, women's rights. |
