Course Objectives The aim of the course is to investigate the production and transformation of spatial physical and social knowledge. The knowledge of the space also includes the criticism of space. In addition, information about the physical and social production of the space and its formation will be obtained.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To reflect the knowledge into the academic environment by questioning and discussing it.
  • To apply appropriate research methods to academic studies.
  • To present the theoretical framework of the study, the research methods and findings as a written report in accordance with the scientific writing rules.
Course Content The relationship between spatial theories and spatial practices; various ideologies in the space production discussions; critical perspective.
