Course Objectives The aim is to provide students with the theoretical knowledge needed to identify physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs arising from symptoms of rheumatic diseases, and to develop their clinical decision-making skills.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Assesses the physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs of individuals with rheumatic diseases.
  • Plans and applies physiotherapy and rehabilitation methods specific to rheumatic diseases.
  • Analyzes evidence-based studies related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation in rheumatic diseases.
  • Uses physiotherapy and rehabilitation assessment results in the clinical decision-making process.
  • Solves case-based clinical problems for individuals with rheumatic diseases.
Course Content Gaining the ability to determine and apply physiotherapy rehabilitation needs of patients with rheumatological diseases in the light of current knowledge in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
