Course Objectives In this course, the student will gain knowledge and skills regarding general anesthesia application.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • At the end of this course, students will be able to: -Apply types of anesthesia. -Explain patient positions and anesthesia complications. -Explain anesthesia complications, treatment approaches and anesthetic toxicity.
Course Content Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), spinal, epidural, combined spinal-epidural, caudal block applications, peripheral nerve blocks and Intravenous Regional Anesthesia (IVRA) application, sedoanalgesia application and monitored patient care, anesthesia applications in various medical interventions (endoscopic, electroconvulsive therapy, radiotherapy, pain units, etc.), anesthesia in major respiratory system diseases, positions and complications in anesthesia, effects of anesthesia on the circula
