Course Objectives The aim of this course is to gain basic seminar preparation and presentation techniques.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To be able to follow current literature related to audiology and/or related fields.
  • To be able to do literature research using library printed and electronic resources.
  • Gains critical reading skills.
  • Gains experience and skills in writing an abstract that can be sent to an academic congress by compiling related articles as a result of literature review.
  • Develops the ability to present and defend a subject in front of the public, to respond to criticism, to address issues critically and holistically and to present them in a logical sequence.
  • Apply the rules of scientific writing while preparing a report.
  • Learn to avoid plagiarism and develop an awareness of respecting the work of others.
Course Content Presentation of research articles by reviewing the latest literature on recent developments in audiology and related fields.
