Course Objectives The aim of this course is to learn the typical development of the hearing system from infancy through childhood, diseases/disorders that cause differences in the development of the hearing system, evaluation and diagnosis of the hearing system in the pediatric group and the basic principles of early intervention for hearing loss. In this way, it is aimed that the student will know the principles and differences of audiological approach to the child with hearing loss from the newborn period to late childhood.
