Course Objectives To provide an introduction to fundamental concepts of POM and how POM can leverage operational capabilities to achieve competitive advantages.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To utilizethe the methods of POM in strategy planning
  • To identify the required efforts to improve the efficiency and quality
  • To be able to make strategic production decisions
  • To make operational decisions using quantitative tools of POM
Course Content This course focuses on operation strategy, product and service design, production and inventory management, quality management and quality control.
