Course Objectives This course is aimed to enable the students to understand the fundamentals of individual and collective business law and recognize the development, instruments and legal nature of social security system and Turkish social security institutions.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To use the fundamentals of business law in practice
  • To recognize the role of labor and employer organizations in business life
  • To recognize the social security branches and institutions
