Course Objectives The knowledge was giving about project and building management, the roles and activity of production and process of all kind of knowledge and practice which given during the education.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To understand the concept of building process, phases and their characteristics.
  • Analyzing building produce technologies.
  • Building cost, measurement, estimated cost and classification to the factors which effects all of them.
  • To understand productivity and technologies of production of building.
  • Planning building site procedures, adjudication principles, laws and regulations statue in building process.
  • To learning public and private sector of constructions in Turkey and project management.
Course Content Project and total quality management, building cost system, measurement, estimated cost and classification to the factors which effects all of them, laws and regulations.
