Course Objectives Destination Management course aims to provide the students with necessary information about essential destination-related concepts such as destination management, destination marketing, destination identity, destination image, brand, crisis management etc. The course also aims to highlight key themes about the factors affecting destination competitiveness and the dynamics of destination management.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To understand tourism destinations and their management objectives in detail.
  • To focus on indicators of sustainable development for tourism destinations.
Course Content Sustainable development for tourism destinations, competitive destinations, tourists? destination choices and experiences, issues in analyzing and managing tourist destinations, destination policy,planning and development, destination management, marketing tourist destinations.
