Course Objectives	To give chance to make practice of what the students learn theorically and giving motivation to them.

He/she explains institutional relationships of enterprise which he/she worked for. He/she evaluates conditions for effectiveness within the department He/she defines problems in department. He/she reports that he/she provided a contribution to enterprise during his/her working He/she evaluates relations with team members and team-working conditions. He/she designs a career path for him/herself.
Course Content	The students will have a mission as its described in trainee regulations of school. Related academicians will help the students as a coach and control them in written and oral ways.
