Scholarships and Discounts for Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye
Prospective doctoral and master’s students applying to Master’s Programs with Thesis who wish to receive a tuition scholarship must submit the Graduate Education Scholarship Application Form to the Graduate School at the time of application to the program. Applications are submitted to the Scholarship Committee for evaluation.
Following the evaluation by the Scholarship Committee and subject to the approval of the Chair of the Board of Trustees, eligible students may be granted a tuition fee waiver at a specified rate. Students with outstanding academic achievement may be granted a full tuition fee waiver. The number of students eligible for tuition scholarships and the scholarship rates are limited to the quotas and rates determined annually by the Board of Trustees.
In evaluating tuition scholarship applications, the applicant’s academic performance in the previously completed academic program, ALES score, foreign language proficiency score, and interview score are considered together.
Students who are members of the Ankara Atılım University Alumni Association and are not eligible for a tuition scholarship under this directive are granted a 30% tuition fee waiver.
To be eligible for a tuition scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:

Have a minimum undergraduate graduation GPA of 2.50/4.00, or a minimum master’s graduation GPA of 3.50/4.00.

Have an ALES score in the score type required by the program of at least 70 for master’s programs and 75 for doctoral programs.
Scholarships and Discounts for International Students
Students who request a scholarship by selecting the relevant option in the application system must upload the required documents to the system. The Scholarship Committee evaluates each applicant’s application documents as a whole. SAT, GMAT, GRE scores, transcripts, and similar documents are taken into consideration. Certificates of achievement, awards, and other supporting documents may also be considered as part of the evaluation.
