Following the application deadline, the list of candidates eligible to attend the interview, along with the interview dates and venues, will be announced on our website.
Important Note: Applicants who have graduated from universities abroad are required to upload a “YÖK Institution Recognition Certificate” and a “YÖK Certificate of Equivalence” along with their graduation documents. These documents can be obtained through the e-Government (e-Devlet) system.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION TO MASTER’S PROGRAMS

Undergraduate Diploma/Graduation Certificate (PDF or JPEG)
Documents obtained through the e-Government (e-Devlet) system are accepted. -
Undergraduate Transcript (PDF or JPEG)
Internet printouts are not accepted. -
Proof of Payment of the Application Fee (TRY 500) (PDF or JPEG)

ALES Score Certificate (PDF or JPEG) for applicants to Master’s Programs with Thesis
Kesin kayıt işlemleri İncek Kapüsümüzde bulunan Öğrenci İşleri tarafından yapılacaktır.
“Önemli Not: Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliği Madde 35(6) gereği “Tezsiz yüksek lisans programları hariç, aynı anda birden fazla lisansüstü programa kayıt yaptırılamaz ve devam edilemez.”
Önemli Not: Yabancı üniversitelerden mezun olan öğrenciler, mezuniyet belgeleri ile birlikte “YÖK Okul Tanıma Belgesi” ve “YÖK Denklik Belgesi” de sunmalıdır. Bu belgeler e – devlet üzerinden temin edilebilmektedir.
YÜKSEK LİSANS PROGRAMLARINA KESİN KAYIT İÇİN GEREKLİ BELGELER
- *Lisans mezuniyet belgesi aslı ile birlikte fotokopisi
- Lisans not döküm belgesi (Transkript) imzalı ve mühürlü aslı (İnternet çıktısı kabul edilmeyecektir)
- Başvuru ücretini ve ilk öğretim ücretini yatırdığına dair dekont
- Tezli yüksek lisans programlarına başvuracaklar için ALES belgesi çıktısı
- *Erkek adaylar için askerlik durum belgesi (E – devlet)
- *Nüfus cüzdanı fotokopisi
- Soyadı değişikliği olan kadın adaylar için evlilik cüzdanının ilk 3 sayfası
- 4 adet vesikalık fotoğraf
- Kayıt Bilgi ve Beyan Formu
* E – devletten alınan barkod numaralı belgeler kabul edilecektir.
