Tennis Court Rules for Visitors
Right of Use:
• The tennis court is open to our students, academic staff, and administrative staff.
• The courts may be used free of charge during designated hours.
Reservation:
• Court use is subject to a reservation system.
• To make court reservations, simply check the spreadsheet showing current court reservations and availability, choose an available hour, and call us at 0535 780 43 43 to reserve your space.
• Each user may only use the court for one hour on the same day.
Reservation Hours:
• Weekdays: Between 12:00 – 14:00
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; between 18:00 – 19:00
• Weekends: Between 14:00 – 16:00
Clothes and Equipment:
• Visitors are required to enter the courts with active wear and tennis shoes.
• Visitors bring their own balls and rackets.
• Hard-soled shoes, artificial turf shoes, or casual shoes are not permitted on the court.
Court Rules:
• The court may only be used for tennis.
• Behaviors such as smoking, leaving litter, and listening to loud music are prohibited.
• Users are responsible for any accidents that may occur on or around the court.
Court Use in Winter:
• You may request a heater when playing in winter, for an extra charge.
• Heater requests must be specified at the time of booking.
Respectful Use:
• Please behave in a manner consistent with other users, in accordance with the rules, and in a sportsmanlike manner.
• Violations of the rules may result in temporary or permanent termination of the right of use.
