Rowing
2024-2025 Season:
- At the Long Distance Coastal Rowing Turkish Cup Races organized by the Turkish Rowing Federation in Fethiye between March 20-24, 2025, our team successfully completed the competition by winning medals in all categories we participated in.
- We congratulate and commend all our athletes for their determination and efforts.
Our teams achieved the following results:
- 2nd place in Academic Women’s C2x category
- 2nd place in Academic Men’s C2x category
- 3rd place in Academic Mixed C2x category
- 3rd place in Academic Men’s C1x category
- At the Long Distance Coastal Rowing Turkish Championship held in Bursa/Gemlik between April 18-20, 2025, our university team had a successful tournament.
Our rankings from the event:
- 1st place in Academic Women’s CW2x
- 1st place in Academic Men’s CM1x
- 2nd place in Academic Men’s CM2x
- 2nd place in Academic Mixed CMix2x
- 2nd place in Academic Women’s CW1x
2023-2024 Season:
- At the Intercity Spring Cup and Academic League Championship rowing races organized by the Turkish Rowing Federation between June 11-13, and hosted by our team, Atılım University Rowing Team returned with great success.
Our achievements:
- 2nd place in Academic Mixed C2x category
- 3rd place in Academic Women’s C4x+ category
- 3rd place in Academic Men’s C4x+ category
- Our team made us proud by finishing 3rd in Turkey overall in the Academic Men’s and Women’s team standings.
- It was a great honor for us to host this major event with 23 clubs and nearly 500 athletes participating.
2022-2023 Season:
- At the Turkey Academic League Championship, Atılım University Sports Club:
- Finished 6th in its first race in the Women’s Coxed 4x (C4x+) category
- Became 2nd in Turkey in the Men’s Coxed 4x (C4x+) category
2021-2022 Season:
- Established in the 2021-2022 season, our rowing team successfully completed its first race by finishing 6th place at the Senior Turkish Championship – Academic League.
