Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aarthi Vadde from Duke University, USA, is going to deliver a speech titled "Can AI Be Creative?" at 14.00 on May 4th, 2026. In her speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aarthi Vadde will explore the limits and possibilities of existing AI as it disrupts the creative industries, transformation of literary labour and craft in the wake of Web 2.0, generative AI, and the concomitant rise of mass and machinic writing.
