What we expect from you:
- 3rd & 4th year university students from Management, Economy, Industrial Engineering or other Social Science departments from reputable universities
- Desire to have career in Human Resources field and/or desire to explore
- Eager to learn and develop
- Agile working and result oriented attitude
- Analytical thinking
- Participation in university student clubs is preferred
- Having a part time/intern experience in recruiting, talent acqusition or employer branding activities is preferred
- Able to work minimum 2.5 days/week for 2 semesters
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilites:
- Actively involve in mainly employer branding and other projects as an active project member
- Prepare reports and create an sustainable dashboard for the department
- Offer value added and innovative ideas with fresh eye of perspective
- Assist department operations mostly in talent acqusition department
