| Course Objectives | The main purpose of this course is that introduce debt enforcement with judgement and inform cognitively and institutionally in terms of Turkish Law. Especially Writ and documents of the same nature, adjournment of debt enforcement, restitution of enforcement,and skill building by solving problems with showingly about execution of writs are purposes of course. |
