Course Objectives The main purpose of this course is that introduce debt enforcement with judgement and inform cognitively and institutionally in terms of Turkish Law. Especially Writ and documents of the same nature, adjournment of debt enforcement, restitution of enforcement,and skill building by solving problems with showingly about execution of writs are purposes of course.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • They explain basic principle and terms of Debt Enforcement Proceeding, Writ and documents of the same nature.
  • They solve problems about Debt Enforcement with Judgement.
  • They explain basic principle and terms of Writs putting debt enforcement before becoming definite and Writs not putting debt enforcement before becoming definite.
  • They explain basic principle and terms of Adjournment of debt enforcements, Restitution of debt enforcement and objection to commandment.
Course Content Debt enforcement proceeding, writ and documents of the same nature, writs putting debt enforcement before becoming definite, writs not putting debt enforcement before becoming definite, adjournment of debt enforcements, restitution of debt enforcement and objection to commandment.
