Course Objectives
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
Course Content Within the scope of this course, the basic concepts of business, managers and management, business environment and planning, organizing, leadership and control functions are discussed. In the second part of the course, students examine contemporary management theories, approaches and models based on current academic literature, and evaluate the basic assumptions, application areas, strengths and weaknesses of these theories through class presentations and discussions. During the course, current developments in the field of management are critically analyzed and the applicability of theoretical knowledge in different organizational contexts is discussed.
